Frequently Asked Questions
1. Getting Started
After signing up and verifying your email, click the Add button to create your first milestone. You can then edit dates, titles, descriptions, and groups directly from the timeline.
Yes. Upload a CSV file via the Add menu. Dates must be in ISO format (yyyy-mm-dd), and you can download a template from the same menu.
Use the AI milestone generator to map out your project automatically. The more detail you provide, the better the output.
Existing milestones are overwritten when AI populates the timeline, so export or save anything you want to keep before regenerating.
Yes. Click a milestone title to open the editor, or use the Milestones menu to see the full list with edit controls for each item.
Your project timelines, teams, portfolio data, and export history save to the cloud automatically so you can access your work from any device.
2. Account & Billing
You get 7 days, 5 AI generations, standard PNG exports with Project Paced branding, and a single project timeline. Transparent, high-resolution PNG exports are Pro-only.
You'll see an upgrade prompt. You can upgrade, delete your account, or log out.
If you don't upgrade, you have 14 days to log back in. After 14 days, we automatically delete the account and associated project data.
The features are the same. Annual billing saves two months compared with paying monthly.
Go to My Profile, choose monthly or annual billing, and check out via Stripe. Once payment completes, your account shows a Pro badge.
Yes. Cancel anytime via your billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are handled under the refund policy. If you believe you qualify, contact support with your account email and a short description of the issue.
Go to My Profile and choose Delete Account. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through the billing portal; account deletion unlocks after the billing period ends.
