Yes. Cancel anytime via your billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are handled under the refund policy. If you believe you qualify, contact support with your account email and a short description of the issue.

Go to My Profile and choose Delete Account. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through the billing portal; account deletion unlocks after the billing period ends.

Exports match the current theme where relevant, so switch between light and dark mode before exporting if you need a specific look.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible assistants to your Project Paced account to save timelines, read projects and update milestones from your conversation.

Free includes one editable project. Saving a plan drafted in chat and editing milestones do not use Project Paced AI allowance. Pro and Enterprise include stored reports and project history; Enterprise also includes resource, capacity and Command Centre tools.

The standard app uses Google Cloud in the United States. Enterprise customers requiring EU data residency can be provisioned on the EU instance.

Not yet, but the web app works on mobile. Tablets and desktop screens are best for wide timeline and portfolio views.

Your data saves to the cloud automatically. If changes are not appearing, check your internet connection and refresh the page.

Make sure the timeline, dashboard, or report view is visible and fully loaded before exporting. Exports are saved to your browser downloads folder and may also appear in Cloud History where supported.

Welcome emails send after email verification. Check spam for messages from the projectpaced.com domain.

Free accounts do not expire. Cancelling a paid plan preserves your data on Free; extra projects become read-only. You can request account deletion in your profile.

Access is revoked immediately and your profile and associated project data are deleted irreversibly. UK tax law requires financial records to be retained for 6 years in anonymised form.

No. We build tools, not ad profiles.

Yes. Project Paced supports data portability and erasure requests, collects only the data needed to provide the service, and uses Google Cloud infrastructure with GDPR-compliant DPAs.
